For skiers looking for the ultimate versatility in their setup, with uncompromising big mountain performance plus the ability to take advantage of true Pin Tech climbing functionality, the Duke PT ushers in a new era. Marker sets yet another milestone, adding to the Royal Family heritage with the introduction of this hybrid freeride binding for the 2020-21 season.
The biggest highlight of this new binding is the innovative Quad-Lock Ride & Hike toe. In ride mode, it provides uncompromising downhill performance with full safety release properties up to DIN 16. Switching the binding to hiking mode is simply a matter of unlocking the upper part of the toe piece and rotating it forward. Pin binding technology is integrated into the base plate underneath the toe housing and operates in much the same way as Marker's KingPin and Alpinist models. In uphill mode, you have the option of saving 250 grams weight per foot by removing the toe housing sections and stowing them in your backpack. To switch to downhill mode, the toe housing clicks back onto the base plate. It locks back into place thanks to Auto Quad-Lock technology, just by stepping into the binding, without any extra action required by the skier. Another huge advantage, the Inter Pivot 3 heel piece is the same as that of the new Jester, giving you the security and power transmission of our top of the line Freeskiing bindings while skiing down.
The Duke PT also features SOLE.ID technology, just like other products in the Royal Family. This makes the binding compatible with all boot sole types falling under the Alpine (ISO 5355), Touring (ISO 9523), or GripWalk (ISO 9523) norms.
LOCK & WALK BRAKE
- Including neutral walking mode and 10° climbing aid.

Look's classic pivot turntable heel design offers 28mm of elastic travel and rotates directly under the tibia, delivering elite-level shock absorption and the industry's most trustworthy retention for a significant reduction in unwanted pre-release.
Long Elastic Travel
- Longer elastic travel ensures more reliable retention to keep you in when you need. LOOK bindings offer the most elastic travel (lateral and vertical) and the fastest re-centering prior to release, ensuring superior shock absorption to reduce unwanted pre-release.
Short Mounting Zone
- The shortened mounting zone provides less swing weight, improved response, and a deeper, rounder, more consistent ski flex.
Rolling Control
- LOOK binding components are designed to deliver industry-leading roll coupling strength (boot-to-binding interface). This ensures minimal roll before the boot engages the binding for the most efficient power transmission in skiing.
GripWalk
GRIPWALK compatible bindings ensure perfect compatibility with two boot sole standards:

The K2 Line Up binding is a choice binding for those who want a softer flex for slotting into the barrel of their favorite white wave.
The lateral and medial flex of Line Up's Tripod™ Chassis can be customized by changing or removing the included urethane dampers and is complemented by a flexible urethane TweakBack™ highback for ultra-smooth presses, ground tricks, and carving. The Line Up uses 3º canting to place the user in a natural and balanced riding position to anticipate terrain changes, and the Power Ramp at the toe of the binding slides to match the shape of your boot's toe box.
Our proprietary Gap Eraser™ forward lean adjustment removes the need for a standard lock block to add forward lean and eliminates the gap between the highback and a heel cup that a “normal” cube or lean block will cause. More contact equals more response.
Thanks to our Tool-less design, the entire binding is adjustable on board and on-the-fly. The whole design is complemented by our hyper-adjustable Bender™ 3D ankle, and PerfectFit™ 2.0 toe straps featuring our bulletproof EZ Feed™ aluminum ratchets.

A supportive and smooth flexing chassis that uses interchangeable pods on the base of the binding to customize the lateral mobility and feel to your exact liking.
Feature 2: Opti™ Tweakback Highback with Gap Eraser Forward Lean Adjustment -
Injected urethane allows the highback to remain highly flexible regardless of temperature for a maximum medial and lateral tweak.
Feature 3: Bender™ Ankle Strap -
A low-profile, padless, and highly flexible injection-molded ankle strap built to optimize freestyle mobility.

Patented toe strap technology uses flexible hinges and lock levers to custom fit the toe strap to any snowboard boot silhouette.
